Industrial Placement matches students to employers across Ghana — agro-processors, engineering firms, financial institutions, district assemblies, development agencies and laboratories — for a period of supervised work.
The directorate keeps the relationship with the employer, handles the paperwork, and follows up. That matters: a student sent out alone with a letter is a student who may spend three months photocopying.

How to take part
Students apply through the directorate in the trimester before the placement period, with a short statement of the kind of work they are looking for.
Employers willing to take students should contact DCROP. A placement can be for one student or for a group.
