This notice explains what the Directorate of Community Relations and Outreach Programme (DCROP) at the University for Development Studies does with personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number and organisation, together with the message you write. The newsletter form collects your email address only.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
What we do with it
Enquiries are emailed to the directorate at dcrop@uds.edu.gh so that a member of staff can answer you. Your message is not used for anything else and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Newsletter subscriptions are confirmed by email before any address is added to the list. If you do not click the confirmation link, your address is not added to anything. Every issue of the newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
Email is sent through Brevo, and the website and its forms are served by Cloudflare. The bot check on the forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is designed not to profile visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to dcrop@uds.edu.gh and we will respond within two working days.
